Person of Interest (POI) - Designated See Say app users can flip thru photos of Banned, Wanted or Missing persons.
The Person of Interest feature can help police, security officers and other designated workers to identify Banned, Wanted or Missing persons. These faces are uploaded into the console and managed or removed, as appropriate.
Console admins can include a name, description, and assign a "banned," "wanted," or "missing" tag. Operators may search, filter, and sort your Person of Interest list.
Add POI
Click the Add POI Button
Pick a clear photo of their face
Add a name
Select the desired tag
Add a description.
Click Create
Remove POI
POI cannot be removed but can be marked as inactive. Tap the checkbox next to Active on the desired POI card. To view in active POI uncheck the Active checkbox at the top of the page.
POI App Setup
Access to the Person of Interest list may be granted to designated mobile app (See Say) users. Given the difficulty in remembering dozens or hundreds of faces, providing certain employees with the ability to view Persons of Interest on their mobile devices to help locate or watch for these individuals.
Under Users/Groups page, create a Group and checkbox “Allow POI” to enable this Group to view POI. Users in the Group will use the mobile app to view the POI list. They will see it appear on the More menu in the See Say app.
