- Do I need to create an account in ELERTS for a new console operator?
- No, if the SSO Admin gives them access, the user will be created when they log in the first time using SSO
- Do passwords need to be reset in ELERTS for my console operators?
- No, have them update the SSO password in your system
- If adding a new role(s) in ELERTS what do I need to do?
- A SSO Admin needs to update your system to include the new role(s) and assign users/groups to it in your SSO system
