Reply templates allow your dispatcher to have a unified message to your users. When a dispatcher replies back to a user they can pick from a list of prefilled Reply Templates. The dispatcher can further modify the text if desired.
Add a Template
- Click Add New Reply Template.
- Enter a template name. This will be seen in the selector when replying to a user.
- Enter the template Reply Message.
- Select the desired roles that will be able to see this Reply Template. Security doesn't need to see Maintenance's Reply Templates.
- Click Add.
Edit a Template
- Click the edit button on the row of the Reply Template you want to edit.
- Change the desired values.
- Click Update.
Delete a Template
- Click the delete button on the row of the Reply Template you want to delete.
- Click OK on the delete dialog popup.
