Reply templates allow your dispatcher to have a unified message to your users. When a dispatcher replies back to a user they can pick from a list of prefilled Reply Templates. The dispatcher can further modify the text if desired.

Add a Template

  1. Click Add New Reply Template.
  2. Enter a template name. This will be seen in the selector when replying to a user.
  3. Enter the template Reply Message.
  4. Select the desired roles that will be able to see this Reply Template. Security doesn't need to see Maintenance's Reply Templates.
  5. Click Add.

Edit a Template

  1. Click the edit button on the row of the Reply Template you want to edit.
  2. Change the desired values.
  3. Click Update.

Delete a Template

  1. Click the delete button on the row of the Reply Template you want to delete.
  2. Click OK on the delete dialog popup.
