Map your Zones/sectors/jurisdictions. Tag & flag reports per GPS

Zones are geographic polygons that can be defined on the map. Incoming Reports falling within a Zone can automatically apply Tags (e.g. ‘Zone 3’), force the GEO Intelligence 'Areas' tab to activate, and trigger Notifications to designated Zone-concerned staff. Zones can also be configured with an Action Type (None, Urgent, Tag, or Tag & Urgent) and limited to specific operator roles.

• Name and Define Zones on the map
• Action Types can be defined: Tag, Urgent or Tag & Urgent.
• Geo-fenced Zones. Tag & Prioritize reports within Zones.
• Zone Notes - display info useful to dispatcher, e.g. local police or fire phone #s, etc.
• Zones added as an option to Notifications
